Delivery Costs & Dispatch Times
- UK mainland orders are shipped via 1st Class Royal Mail for just £2.99 (or £3.99 for blankets)
- International orders are shipped via Royal Mail with shipping costs calculated at checkout
We aim to dispatch orders within 5 working days, or 7 working days for custom items. Delivery is subject to our Delivery Terms (see below). Dispatch times may take a little longer over the Christmas period.
Unfortunately we are unable to ship to EU/EEA at this time.
Wholesale Delivery
- Orders of £200 or more - FREE
- Orders below £200 - £10
Please note there is a minimum order value of £80 excluding shipping for all wholesale orders.
We aim to dispatch wholesale orders within 5 working days.
Wholesale delivery is currently available for England, Scotland and Wales only.
Delivery Terms
While every effort is made to dispatch and deliver your order as quickly as possible, we cannot be held responsible for parcels not being delivered or collected due to circumstances out of our control. This includes but is not limited to: incorrect delivery information being provided; if the recipient is not able to accept the delivery; adverse weather; postal strikes; government lockdown.
If your order does not arrive, please allow 8 working days after dispatch before contacting us as we cannot arrange a claim with Royal Mail prior to that.
